How do I "unzip" a file?

Learning how to "unzip" a file is a basic computer skill EVERYONE who uses a PC on the internet needs to learn. It is as important (or probably more improtant) as knowing how to format a floppy disk. If you need help, visit WinZip, (WinZip), PKWARE (PKZip), Canyon Software (Drag and Zip), or Aladdin Systems (Stuff It).

How do I get customer support for software I purchase here?

DynoTech Software uses the Digital River e-commerce system. You'll find help here for common questions about your order (including getting a new download for software you purchased here).

I just downloaded one of your games from AOL. Where is it in my computer?

Exactly where you told the computer to put it. Most likely it is in a sub-directory on your hard drive called /download/ under the directory where your America OnLine (AOL) software is located.

What do I do if I get an "Input past end of file" error message in one of the BOXES games?

Most of the time this error is due to a corrupt SCORES.DAT file (usually caused by user "editing" of the file). Re-install the game or download and replace SCORES.DAT.

What do I do if I get a "threed.vbx out of date" error message?

Delete the THREED.VBX file found in the Windows directory. THREED.VBX should be located in /windows/system directory or the directory with your program files. THREED.VBX should not be in /windows directory. If you continue getting the error, re-install the program. If that does not correct your problem, contact technical support. Delete all copies of THREED.VBX on your hard drive except for the copy in the /windows/system directory.

What do I do if I get an "OVERFLOW" error message?

Re-install the game. If that does not correct your problem, contact technical support. Most of the time this error is due to a corrupted file (frequently caused by user "editing" of the file).
